This Masala Tikka Kebab recipe is delicious on lamb, beef or chicken. A delicious meat dish that is jam-packed with spicy flavours combined with a simple marinade of spices and yoghurt. Threaded onto skewers and cooked on an open flame charcoal barbeque. In winter, try in in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes on 200c or oven to serve at the gathering, Serve with a salad, raita or even hot rotli to make Indian style wraps.
